At Aeris Counseling, I see therapy as a space shaped by change — much like clouds in the sky. Clouds remind me that life is layered, ever-shifting, and always moving toward new forms. In the same way, I believe therapy offers room to hold what feels heavy, to notice what is transforming, and to discover new ways of being.

I bring 12+ years of experience, a Master’s degree from Spain, and training in Poland and the U.S. I work with grief, cultural transitions, chronic pain, fertility and postpartum challenges, identity, and family dynamics. My approach is gentle but direct, blending CBT, EMDR, narrative, mindfulness, and trauma- and grief-informed care.
