My passion is helping clients discover their inner power and ability to take control of their lives, and as a result, make meaningful changes that bring them closer to achieving their life goals.
With 15 years’ experience working with adults, children, teens, and families, I have experience and specialized training in addressing ADHD/ADD, ODD, Adjustment Disorder, self-esteem, family dynamics, adolescent and teen non-compliance, anger, and trauma.
My approach to therapy is based on the belief that one size most certainly does “not fit all”. As a reflection of this belief, I take pride in utilizing multiple techniques and interventions to fit the needs of my clients, which include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Creative Therapies (art, music, and play), as well as Narrative Therapy for trauma treatment.
