I am a holistic / integrative Psychotherapist and Buddhist Eco-chaplain with over 10 years of mental health experience. My passion as a healer is helping individuals overcome the challenges that stand between them and living agentic and fully expressed lives.
My areas of specialty include anxiety, trauma (complex, racial, and trans-generational trauma), emotion regulation, ADHD/AuDHD, QT-BIPOC experiences, TGNC care (including "later"life transitions, coming out, parenthood, gender affirmation letters and assessments), chronic illness, toxic or rejecting families, relational health (boundaries, toxic relationship patterns, etc.).
As a Black, neuroqueer, nonbinary (FtX) therapist thriving with chronic illness, my particular passion is supporting sex & gender-diverse (TGNB, LGBQIA+, Poly / CNM, Kink, etc.), disabled/chronically ill, BIPOC, and neuro-queer communities, as well as their loved ones and allies.
I adore working with people who dream of a better world beyond the status-quo and who are looking to do the personal growth work necessary to nourish the roots of such a world within the intimate space of healing their own lives, families, and communities.
