Unmask: Executive Functioning Skills+ Group

Unmask is a 15 week virtual co-learning and peer solidarity group based on anti-oppressive values and neurodiversity informed praxis. Each of the group's twice-weekly sessions focuses on cultivating strengths based strategies to improve functional self-management and developing greater insight into our own innate functional needs and abilities as ADHD individuals - while receiving regular weekly accountability support and space for emotional processing of challenges. While this group is geared toward individuals with ADHD, no one will be turned away for lack of a formal diagnosis. This group is QTBIPOC lead.
