My ideal client is open to shaking things up and trying new strategies. I want us to work together to build a personalized narrative and care plan, through experimentation and a collaborative approach. I may be your best fit if you have a sense of humor, want to think outside of the therapy box, or are looking to build a working relationship of trust, honesty, and creativity. My passion is with ADHD and neurodivergence as a spectrum, and I have a history and love for working with LGBTQ+ clients, adolescents, students of all ages, and women. I also take care to be holistic in my support and recommendations.
As a Queer therapist from an art therapy background, I encourage a creative approach to self-awareness, self-expression, and strength- and skill-building, as I believe therapy is never a ‘one-size fits all’ experience. My specialities include ADHD, boundaries, LGBTQ+ concerns and care, executive dysfunction, and emotional and identity exploration.
If you are open to creative approaches to therapy, and you want a collaborative, supportive space to explore, we may be a match! As a neurodivergent therapist myself, I know it can be difficult to enter a new space where you might not be understood, and it is my goal to change that. I would love to hear from you! I am currently taking new clients Tues-Sat.
