With a Master’s in Education from Penn State University, and training as a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, some of my specialties include body-focused repetitive behaviors, trauma, phobias, anxiety, and depression.
My therapeutic approach is collaborative and adjusted to each client’s unique needs. I draw from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), person-centered therapy, and exposure therapy, while also incorporating a holistic perspective to support overall well-being.
I work with individuals ages 14 and up, creating a safe and nonjudgmental space where clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives. My goal is to help clients build resilience, develop practical coping skills, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.
