Hi! I’m a mental health counselor with years of experience working with people from diverse backgrounds, including members of the LGBTQIA+ community and individuals with ADHD and ASD. I also offer practical skills, frequently drawing on evidence-based modalities like DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) and RO-DBT (Radically Open DBT), which provide tools for managing stress, emotions, and relationships.
