Hello, my name is Alayna Martinez. I graduated from Adler University in 2022 with my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I began my career working with adults with high acuity mental health needs in a community mental health environment. I currently work with adolescents (10-19) experiencing a wide range of mental health needs. I have experience working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and more. I believe growth, meaning, and change are possible, and you don't have to do it alone.
My approach to counseling is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to meet your unique needs. Drawing from evidence-based practices such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and Person-Centered Theory, I work to empower clients to understand themselves better, develop healthier coping strategies, and build more fulfilling lives.
