Hello there! I’m happy to be considered as a potential supporter in your or your child’s journey. I consider myself a trauma therapist first and foremost, where I’m trained in EMDR, place focus on somatic experiencing, and hold the therapeutic relationship and safety of the therapeutic space as most important above all. I also pull from Person Centered Therapy, Attachment Theory, and Feminist Theory to maintain an individual, uniquely tailored, and culturally aware approach.
With adults and teens, I have experience working with PTSD, complex childhood trauma, sexual trauma, suicidal ideation and non-suicidal self-injury, identity development, life transition, grief/loss, and body image.
I also have training and experience in working with children (ages 4+) and their caregivers, where I utilize child-centered play interventions
