I am Alanys Chavez, a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 3 years of experience, and I am passionate about helping people help themselves. I specialize in assisting individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, stress management, life transitions, and more. I have worked at organizations focused on helping teens develop leadership skills, build self-esteem, and plan for their educational future. I received my Master’s in Clinical Mental Behavioral Health from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. I utilize mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and interpersonal therapy in my practice.
