Healing is a process that begins with your decision to act. You do not have to be in pain alone. I am a Licensed Counselor and EMDR Certified with over 25 years of experience with a broad range of concerns and can guide and support your journey through skilled, evidenced-based techniques. I am a compassionate listener and my main goal is to help you find your solid center and emotional regulation and balance. I am intuitively skilled at successfully cutting through confusing dynamics and reactivity to identify core issues that haven't been resolved through other therapies.
I work with a broad range of techniques such as Mindfulness, Somatic, EMDR, IFS, and holistic alternatives to medication and am EMDR Certified and a Certified Herbalist. My area of specialty is the spectrum of trauma, abuse, dissociation and it's resultant emotional and cognitive effects. I tend to get very good, permanent results with stuck clients.
