Do you ever feel like at every turn, life continues to knock you down? The every day stress leaves you feeling overwhelmed, unsure of how to work through the mundane tasks. Maybe you feel like you've reached the end of your rope with the anxiety attacks, depressive episodes, or behavioral outbursts. My office is always a safe place to process those thoughts and emotions to be able to better understand how they impact our behaviors. My goal is to work with my clients to develop solutions and formulate goals that encompass each aspect they wish to work on. I am here to help, each step of the way.
I am a Christian counselor who is passionate about providing a safe environment for everyone to explore their past trauma or current mental health struggles. I am also trained in animal-assisted therapy and utilize a certified therapy dog named Sprocket in sessions for clients who benefit from the healing touch of an animal.
My training in Clinical Mental Health Counseling has equipped me to work with clients of all ages, youth, adolescents, adults, and couples. I would be honored to join you on your journey to work through your goals and process trauma.
