I am passionate about helping others discover what a value-driven, meaningful life looks like for them while utilizing evidence-based treatments to help them achieve the life they want to be living. I specialize in treating anxiety disorders (including OCD, panic disorder, social anxiety, phobias, etc.) through Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I also specialize in working with eating disorders and mood disorders. I have extensive experience working with the LGBTQIA+ community as well.

I see patients from 13 on up, and I create a collaborative, supportive, compassionate, and honest space to discuss any life transitions, current struggles, and goals. I work to expand on patients' strengths and coping skills, to create goals and steps to achieve those goals, and to provide psychoeducation about different conditions and how we treat them.

Therapy can be a lot to commit to (emotionally and physically), however I love to find ways to bring laughter, brightness, and joy to the space. My goal in therapy is to help clients find their own version of what a meaningful life looks like and to take the steps needed to get there.

OCD Skills and Support Group

I run an OCD skills and support group that meets weekly on Wednesday evenings virtually, where we support other members with OCD and we also learn, practice, and review different skills to reduce anxiety and resist in engaging in compulsions. Sometimes we have guest speakers and we also provide a lot of psychoeducation. Group is often the highlight of many patients' weeks.
