I take a holistic approach to therapy and address client's concerns from the perspective of their mind, body, and spirit. My role is one of a guide along the journey to wholeness. I truly believe that each individual can heal from emotional pain and trauma. I am competent in a variety of theoretical approaches including: Psychodynamic, Transpersonal, Client centered, Humanisti and CBT. I have extensive experience working in domestic violence and teaching anger management.
I use clinical hypnosis for working with trauma, dissociation, inner child work, attachment wounds, smoking cessation, disordered eating, improving mood, reducing anxiety and resolving phobias. I often utilize EMDR for working with traumatic experiences. I teach mindfulness and somatic skills to manage anxiety and depression. I
I enjoy working with individual adults, couples, teens and adolescents. I specialize in working with young adults and women.
