Much of my professional experience has involved working alongside individuals with chronic mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, personality disorders, and psychotic disorders. Mental health is not a "one size fits all" matter. I aim to assist others through their mental health journey from a holistic frame of work. This involves looking at all systems that effect my clients and their mental health. A mental health diagnosis should never be a label, I believe it can be an empowering opportunity to learn about yourself and how you interact within the world, with yourself, and with those around you.

What makes me different from other therapists is my eclectic and holistic approach to mental health care. I strive to tailor therapeutic interventions to each of my clients needs, wants, and goals. This involves taking an individuals environment, social support, values, and beliefs into treatment goals.

If any one wants to pour into others, they must first pour into themselves. Putting yourself and your mental health as priority can be overwhelming, but it is the most important choice you can make for yourself. I am here to support and empower you through your mental health healing.

We will then collaborate on creating goals on what you want out of your therapy experience. I typically incorporate mindfulness, breath work, and fresh air into a majority of my sessions. I always let my client know that this is their journey and it can look however they want.
