About
I have immediate availability and now can serve Florida clients virtually! I believe that change starts with being validated, heard, and understood. However, this is the just first step on the path to creating a more fulfilling life. My goal is to help you create a life worth living while also working on the stress, anxiety, depression, eating disorder, or anything else that is preventing you from moving forward. Together, we then create new ways of thinking, coping, and behaving while following your own morals and values.
I have experience working at an Intensive Outpatient/Partial Hospitalization program for clients with eating disorders and other mental health diagnosis. My experience as an Intensive In-Community Counselor has provided me with ways to better help my clients build meaningful relationships with their loved ones while managing their struggles.
I work to create a non-judgmental, safe environment where my clients can develop insight into their lives and behaviors. I believe that by focusing on constructing positive experiences, strengthening relationships, and gaining a sense of worth and esteem, my clients can build their path to recovery.
