I have enjoyed being a professional counselor for over 20 years . I specialize in Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy, EMDR, Intuitive Art Therapy, and energy healing such as Reiki. I use a multi-modal approach for working with a variety of mental health conditions and relationship issues. I have extensive experience in the field of mental health, including private practice, primary care behavioral health, public schools, and residential treatment.
