If you are on a journey towards growth and self-discovery, you have come to the right place. Seeking emotional or behavioral support can be a difficult step, but remember, you are not alone. As your therapist, my goal is to foster a safe environment where adolescents feel seen and heard. My goal is to ensure that they are receiving the necessary tools that are needed to enhance their journey towards healing and a brighter path. Furthermore, my focus is to assist adolescents in disrupting any negative experiences that may impact their life trajectory.
I use a client-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approach to build a strong therapeutic relationship with my clients. I specialize in helping young people build self-esteem, reduce anxiety and depression, manage anger and stress, improve communication, resolve peer conflict, and develop coping strategies to navigate life transitions.
