Therapy can be a courageous and meaningful part of our life’s journey. As a therapist, I know that with the right support and tools people can overcome even the most overwhelming of circumstances. I work with children over the age of 6, adolescents, and adults experiencing challenges including depression, anxiety and panic, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and trauma. I have particular passion and experience supporting people coping with grief, serious illness or caregiving stress, and perinatal mental health concerns. It is a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they work toward a place of healing and growth.
The therapy process is as unique as each individual. My approach is to meet clients where they are at with compassion and respect so we can collaborate together toward their goals. I utilize my expertise in trauma-informed, cognitive behavioral, and mindfulness-based practices when appropriate.
Finding the right fit in a therapist is essential to successful therapy, and getting started can feel overwhelming. I welcome you to call, text, or email me to discuss any questions or to set up a free consultation call to discuss working together. I look forward to connecting with you.

Therapy Heals Holiday Grief Support Program

As we move into autumn, many of us are keenly aware that the holidays will soon be upon us. While the holidays are meant to be a time to celebrate with family, those who have experienced the loss of a loved one may be struggling just to get through the day. Memories, traditions, and expectations can trigger overwhelming grief. But you do not need to struggle alone. Our holiday program includes 10 weekly support groups (Nov. - Jan.). Together, we will discuss how to find meaning, cope with loss, and navigate challenging family dynamics during the holiday season.
