I work with individuals 14 years and older who find themselves stuck in patterns they don't want to be in - from challenges opening up to people you want to be close to, regulating your emotions, setting boundaries, struggling with self-doubt, and more. I would love to work together to identify the root of your issues and pursue healing so you can live the life that you desire.

I have a particular passion for working with survivors of violence, LGBTQ+ folks, and people living with borderline personality disorder. I am trained in several trauma specific modalities including EMDR and Ego State Therapy to help you heal from the past to live the life you want in the present.
