Groups
Relapse Prevention Therapy Process Group
This group focuses on the core tenants of Relapse Prevention for people in addiction recovery. This group is based off of the Gorski-CENAPS model, which I am a faculty trainer of. Participants will learn how to identify their personal relapse warning signs and develop strategies to move towards progress in recovery. This group differs from the coaching group in that it is an ongoing processing group. Participants must have a commitment to abstinence during the course of this group.

Emotion Regulation in Sobriety Group
This group focuses on basic Dialectical Behavioral tenants. Many people in active addiction use substances to change the way they feel. Experiencing emotions in sobriety can present new challenges. The aim for this coaching group is to help its members learn and practice new strategies to regulate their emotions without the use of substances.
