Being in relationship with others is a universal human experience, though it doesn’t come without challenges. I believe how we show up in relationship with ourselves and others sets the foundation for everything else in our lives. As a therapist with a focus on relationships, anxiety, depression, LGBTQIA+ mental health, complex family dynamics, relational trauma, sexual trauma, neurodivergence, and grief, I create a safe and nurturing space for clients of all identities to explore their emotional worlds and relational challenges.

I specialize in supporting adults (21+) and couples, and the LGBTQIA+ community, and am Gottman Level II Trained. I am trained in EMDR, and practice from an anti-racist, trauma-informed, harm reduction lens, and draw on existential and psychodynamic theories to support clients.

With a calm and comforting demeanor, I strive to foster trust and openness, while centering every client’s autonomy to create meaningful and long-lasting growth. I am dedicated to helping clients build stronger, more fulfilling connections with themselves and others.
