Hi there, I'm Alana! I'm so glad you're here. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping individuals navigate the challenges of anxiety, depression, and major life changes. I believe that healing happens in a safe, nonjudgmental space - and that's exactly what I aim to provide in every session. With years of experience supporting clients from all walks of life, I understand how overwhelming life can feel at times. At the start of our work together, we’ll take time to explore what’s bringing you in and what you hope to gain from therapy. From there, we’ll identify clear, meaningful goals—whether that’s reducing anxiety, improving mood, setting boundaries, or building self-esteem. I’ll help you break those goals into manageable steps, track your progress, and adjust.
Your first session is all about getting to know you. We'll talk about what brings you to therapy, your current challenges, and what you'd like to get out of our work together. I’ll ask some questions to better understand your history, experiences, and goals, but there’s no pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with.
