As time goes on, you will gain confidence as you change limiting beliefs and outdated patterns, eventually reaching your goals.
As a childhood cancer survivor, I have overcome many obstacles in my life, which left me with a unique perspective that emphasizes post-traumatic growth. I use a holistic approach in my practice and bring a deep sense of presence to my work. I will hold a safe and sacred space for you to be fully seen, heard, accepted, and supported just as you are.
