Healing your relationship with food, your body, and yourself is possible—you do not have to navigate it alone. I specialize in supporting teens and adults struggling with disordered eating, body image concerns, low self-esteem, perfectionism, anxiety, and depression. Many of my clients appear high-functioning on the outside while privately carrying shame, self-criticism, overwhelm, or pressure to constantly achieve. Therapy can become a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported in building a more peaceful relationship with yourself and your body.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I integrate CBT, ACT, EMDR, and attachment-based therapy to help clients understand patterns, process painful experiences, and create lasting change. My style is gentle, supportive, and empowering while helping clients reconnect with their strengths, values, and sense of self-worth.
I have experience working in higher levels of care for eating disorders and deeply value supporting clients in healing their relationship with food, body, and self. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel genuinely seen and supported as they rediscover their voice, purpose, confidence, and capacity for healing.
