I also specialize in helping individuals heal that have had a narcissistic parent or partner.
My favorite areas to work on include codependency, perfectionism, narcissistic relationships and issues relation to family of origin. These relationship dynamics can be especially painful and confusing. Together we will explore how to heal by releasing codependent and perfectionistic thinking and behavior patterns to live a more freeing and fulfilling life.
