Hi, I’m so glad you found me here. Taking the first step toward finding a therapist can feel challenging, and finding the right fit matters. Because the therapeutic relationship is central to meaningful change, my hope is that through our work together, you feel deeply supported, seen, and empowered to build the life you deserve. I’ve had the privilege of doing this work for nearly a decade. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and rooted in the connection between mind and body. My style is authentic, direct, compassionate, and challenges you to meet yourself more deeply and create lasting change.

I support individuals and couples navigating relational struggles, trauma, narcissistic abuse, codependency, marital dynamics, and family of origin issues. Many of my clients in their 30s & 40s feel stuck in family patterns or notice old wounds repeating in adult relationships. I offer psychodynamic therapy, DBT, CBT, EFT, and mind-body approaches.
