I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) working with clients in the State of Wisconsin via telehealth. I work with adults and specialize in stress, anxiety, and depression. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness to help my clients overcome difficulties and feel better. I use a person-centered approach to help my clients heal and grow. My therapeutic approach focuses on the needs and preferences of the client, and I blend a hybrid of modalities including CBT, ACT, and Mindfulness.
I have found that my style and approach fit well with adults and young adults who struggle with stress, anxiety, and depression during times of readjustment and behavioral difficulties. I work with adults of all ages and backgrounds, including members of the military and Veterans.
I strive to set a calming and comfortable therapeutic environment for my clients in which communication flows easily. I provide support, guidance, and empathy in a non-judgmental way. Working with me feels collaborative and non-threatening.
