With my professional experiences in community based mental health and in college and university counseling, I have focused on helping others with anger management, past and present traumatic experiences, depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and a variety of other issues.
My therapeutic practice draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and EMDR. All that considered, I find the therapeutic relationship to be the most important factor in therapy and I strive to create an environment that will be most beneficial for my clients.
