I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I love helping couples enrich their relationships and ignite the spark. I specialize in addiction, including porn addiction. I am certified in EMDR, a trauma therapy modality. I also work with adults struggling with anxiety and depression.
In marriage therapy, I help couples with conflict resolution, healthy communication, trust and love languages. Often one person in the relationship is struggling with some type of addiction. I have worked with couples and addiction for over 25 years.
I am an approved AAMFT Supervisor and a certified NOJOS therapist. Often, Clergy will refer members of their congregations to me. I try to maintain a healthy lifestyle myself.
