I prefer to work with adult males, couples, and families, but I will work with anyone that needs help. I've done extensive work on myself, and have lots of first hand experience with most of the issues people face. I work with emotions, behaviors, and beliefs, especially the ones that are hardest to face. I am a lifelong student of Ericksonian Hypnosis, mindfulness, meditation, yoga, self-psychology, self-love, self-acceptance, conflict resolution, personal growth, forgiveness and change. I can help you find inner peace, self-love, and forgiveness.
It takes courage to admit you need help. This culture promotes the idea that we should all be self-sufficient, and be able to solve all our problems by ourselves, without help. That's a great ideal, but the truth is we all need help. I will listen to you non-judgmentally, with respect. As an empath and great listener, I can also read between the lines.
