We all need that therapist who notices what others miss. For over 20 years, I have helped people navigate life's challenges as a rabbi and community leader. I now combine that experience with formal training in psychology and social work. I provide a confidential space where you can speak openly, make sense of what is happening in your life, and identify practical steps forward.
One of my strengths is picking up on the things you wish everyone else would pick up on. Often, what helps most is not another opinion or piece of advice, but having someone who can see and understand what others have missed.
My goal is for you to leave seeing more of your strengths, and liking what you see. If you are looking for a place to think clearly, feel understood, and figure out what comes next, I would be honored to walk alongside you. You don't have to do this alone.
