I enjoy working with a variety of clients. I believe that given the right relationship, motivation, and a desire for change, growth can occur. I have a lot of empathy for individuals who are feeling sad and are finding it diffcult to find happiness and satisfaction in their lives. It gives me great joy to experience growth in the clients I work with and resurgence of positive energy in fulfilling of life goals.
For over twenty years I have worked with a variety of individuals utilizing various techniques to assist on overcoming challenges in their lives. I work with couples as well as individuals.
I believe that many clients who seek treatment seem to talk about difficulties in relationships or in establishing relationships.Therefore psychotherapy works best when the focus is on creating a warm, accepting and non judgemental relationship..
