I help my clients make changes in their lives by helping them work through unhelpful patterns and behaviors, conducting an examination of where things are for them currently vs. where they would like things to be and to make the adjustments in their lives that helps steer them into a positive direction.
My approach to providing culturally competent therapy is to work collaboratively with my clients, rigorously investigating thoughts, feelings and behaviors that contribute towards feeling stuck and overwhelmed and help you move towards a positive life direction and your goals in life.
I come from a multiculturally- trained background and have worked specifically with the LGBTQ+ community since I began conducting therapy.
