You will develop healthy ways of navigating conflict and stresses which detract from joy.
My approach includes an intuitive and present tone that emphasizes exploring who you are and finding your voice. In exploration, we will work to uncover the sources of distress and how it interferes with your wants and needs. You will learn how to be compassionate and confident towards yourself while building the resilience to maintain what matters to you.
