My clients may be dealing with challenges such as anxiety, sports performance, academic pressures, social interactions, or relationship issues, and are now ready to engage in an open and honest conversation. I have over 20 years of experience in an educational setting working with teenagers, young adults, and working professionals. I hope that I am able to convey that passion of helping others to you during our session.
I believe in conversation and the strength you gain from telling your story. I specialize in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness techniques. Each client I work with has their own story to tell, and my goal is to create a supportive environment where you feel safe to explore your thoughts and feelings.
