Having trouble falling asleep, staying asleep, or waking up too early can be exhausting both physically and emotionally. I was trained and certified at Stanford University in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), a structured, short-term, first-line treatment that can greatly improve sleep and alleviate insomnia without medication. In addition to insomnia, other challenges I've helped clients overcome include anxiety, relationship issues, depression, feeling stuck in a rut, and work-related stress. Exploring these issues with a warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental therapist can really help.
If you are struggling with creative issues, I spent years in the entertainment industry as a writer and am familiar with the emotional pressures of that field. Regardless of your background, I believe that working together with empathy, self-compassion, and even some humor, we can empower you to make positive changes in your life.
Please don't hesitate to reach out. You don't have to do it alone.
