I enjoy working with clients who are motivated and ready to work on areas in their life they feel growth potential in. My practice does not target specific types of clients, but rather is open to all possibilities presented. I assist clients in creating their own personalized goals as we partner to help reach those goals as defined by the client's own expectations and wants.
I have been practicing since 2014 and have worked in a variety of contexts within the scope of therapy- ranging from children, couple's work, adults, teenagers, and the aging population. I deliver an authentic approach to therapy that punctuates the importance of the relationship between client and therapist as the primary mechanism for change.
