People can change and evolve. I utilize an integrative and empirically validated method that often helps clients change quite rapidly. I am a compassionate, dedicated and fully-licensed Psychologist. My formal training was at an American Psychological Assoc. accredited, university-based Ph.D. program and Internship site. For more detailed information regarding my services, please go to www.DrAlanGoodwin.com.
I intend my website to help you determine whether you seek the type of personal change work that I provide. I hope it achieves that for you. If you have questions, feel free to email me at DrG@DrAlanGoodwin.com
Change is difficult. Ultimately, it is the client who achieves the change, not the psychologist. For this reason, I balance compassion and respect with a goal-oriented, collaborative approach that helps clients decide how--and when-- to change. I also conduct personal coaching live and via telephone.
Some periods in life are more difficult than others. It's normal to struggle during those times. Every person's process of coping and growth is unique. Our challenge is to respect you and understand your present challenges and then to work together to help you achieve your goals.
