To assist in your journey, I use experience together with training I receive as a therapist at The Meadows, a world-renowned treatment facility for anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, and relationship issues, along with several other treatment models.
I'm people centered, and use Somatic Experiencing for trauma and nervous system regulation, Post Induction, Inner Child, NARM, ART, Gestalt, CBT, DBT, ACT, Mindfulness, Experiential, Psychodrama, and other techniques. I work with people suffering from addictions and compulsions, and support 12 step programing, including, AA, NA, SA, Coda, and ACOA.
I specialize in individual, group and family systems therapy using Pia Mellody's Model Of Developmental Immaturity. Freedom from Self Defeating Thoughts and Behaviors
Therapist guided group where members meet weekly to support each other in uncovering and processing core issues contributing to self defeating thoughts and behaviors. Identifying, addressing and overcoming emotional issues and cognitive distortions leading to anxiety, depression, self destructive actions, and addictions or compulsive behaviors will be at the center of this groups purpose. An eclectic approach is used to help bring you new insight in areas including, your life, goals, career, relationships and connection with self and others. Focus is also on improving your self worth.
