For over 25 years, I’ve worked alongside survivors of childhood sexual abuse, domestic violence, rape, terrorism, political violence, and other profound challenges—supporting each individual as they take courageous steps toward healing.
My professional journey has taken me through nonprofit organizations, military communities, addiction and trauma recovery centers, and refugee support programs. Along the way, I’ve cultivated a rich and compassionate practice rooted in evidence-based care, empathy, and cultural sensitivity.
I specialize in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, and Brief Strategic Family Therapy.
