I am an LMHC and ATR with experience working with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, substance use, and neurodivergence. Life can get rough and I’m here to help you through it. I earned my MA in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Indianapolis with a concentration in art therapy. I came into this field after my own struggles as a military and first responder spouse. I’ve witnessed first-hand what trauma and PTSD can do to individuals and families. My passion is helping those struggling to learn to better understand and manage their symptoms and to find healing.

I utilize a client-led approach, so you will be in the driver’s seat on selecting goals and choosing the focus of each session. In early sessions, we will be getting to know each other and figuring out what works best for you to achieve your therapy goals. Your progress depends on how much you’re ready to push yourself.
