Hi, I’m Alainna and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Kansas and the owner of Real Life Therapy. I’ve found many of us feel pressure to pretend we’re put together all the time. Not only is this unrealistic, but exhausting. That’s why I created this practice to provide a place for you to feel safe to show up fully— mess and all. In this space, your emotions aren’t too much. Your grief isn’t a burden. Your story matters.

We offer compassionate therapy, serving individuals, couples, and families across the Kansas City metro area with an office located in Overland Park and online.
