Each client comes into my practice from their own sacred life experience. Whether an adult that needs support dealing with grief and loss or an adolescent trying to grow into their own sense of being. I believe that when things show up in our lives it is a great invitation to meet that experience with openness even in the discomfort that may come with it. And to ask what it is trying to teach us about ourselves and our place in the world. What do we need to create to experience relief and growth?
I have spent decades developing my counseling skills and have watched each client grow exponentially in their internal understanding of themselves as well as make the changes necessary to live a more expanded and joyful life. I have the ability to meet clients where they are while gently pushing them in the direction of their dreams.
Each person experiences challenges that can be quite impactful. Having a support person to hold the space for your growth as well as having powerful tools to allow you to move through these challenges can expand the trajectory of your life in a positive manner.
