The Soft Space is a therapist-led virtual support group for mothers navigating stress, anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, identity changes, and the mental load of caring for others. This group offers a supportive space to connect with other mothers, gain practical coping tools, and prioritize your own well-being without judgment.
