I believe through increasing embodiment, self-regulation, and present awareness you can create meaningful change and experience greater ease, clarity, and self-empowerment.
I primarily work with teens and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, relational issues, addiction, and grief. My approach to therapy is somatic-based, culturally sensitive, and trauma informed. I've received training in Somatic Experiencing, wilderness therapy, and hatha yoga and bring in interventions from Internal Family Systems as well.
Starting therapy may feel uncomfortable for a number of reasons. I am here to help the process be as comfortable as possible. My hope is for you to feel safe, understood, and cared for.
