Over the past decade+, I have worked in various healing-centered spaces and received training in various modalities including somatic experiencing, wilderness therapy, and hatha yoga. In sessions, I use somatic-based, culturally sensitive, and trauma informed approaches to help you reach your goals (or figure them out if you aren't sure yet).
