Accepting new clients for telehealth: I specialize in individual and couples counseling in Indiana and Virginia specifically working with relationship issues, communication problems, and emotional connection. Many of the clients I work with are high-functioning adults or couples who feel stuck in repeating patterns, growing distant, or unsure how to repair and strengthen their relationships. Together, we explore how past experiences and attachment patterns shape the way you relate to yourself and others, helping you create meaningful and lasting change from the inside out.
My approach is evidence-based and trauma-informed, integrating the Gottman Method and Internal Family Systems (IFS). These models are especially effective for couples and individuals doing relationship-focused work as it helps clients build practical tools, increase emotional awareness, and heal from past relational wounds.
