Are you going through a difficult time? Struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, or needing support while you take steps toward the life you want to live? Then you've come to the right place. I lean toward a collaborative, person-centered, and strengths-based approach. You are the expert in your life and I am here to help you on your journey.
In addition to anxiety and trauma, I also support clients with disabilities, Autistics, ADHDers, other Neurodivergents, those in the LGBTQIA community, and those with co-occurring conditions. I use a variety of modalities to achieve the best fit for your individual needs. My practice is neurodivergent-affirming, trauma-informed, and anti-oppressive.
While I am unable to take insurance at this time, I do have a sliding fee scale for those that cannot afford my services. I look forward to working with you and helping you to reach your goals.
