Hi, I'm Alaina! At times we can feel stuck in patterns, stress, and/or thoughts that are not serving us, which makes it hard to trust ourselves and effectively make decisions. Anxiety, eating disorders, body image concerns, life stressors, navigating relationship dynamics can all contribute to us feeling stuck as uncertain of the best way to move forward. Getting out of these patterns can feel overwhelming, confusing and at times maybe even impossible. Lets work together to help you identify what isn't working, look into your values, and help you feel more confident and fulfilled.
Alaina has experience working with individuals who struggle with eating disorder, body image concerns, navigating relationship dynamics, anxiety and difficulties with effective communication. Alaina uses a person centered, talk therapy approach to help you align with your values and take action based steps to help you progress towards your therapeutic goals.
