About
Thank you for taking the time to view my profile. Over my thirteen year career as a Social Worker, I have worked with many populations: children, high risk youth, adolescents, adults, couples, families, clients with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, addiction, and personality disorders. My goal is to inspire and empower you to create the change you want and deserve in your life. I pride myself in my ability to remain compassionate, connect with, and provide a safe space for my clients. I am eager to help you improve your quality of life, and give you the confidence and support that you may need to do so.
I primarily use CBT, CBTe, DBT, and SFT to assist individuals in creating attainable and sustainable goals to combat whatever they are struggling with. You will have a safe space to process all of your feelings and emotions, and learn the skills and strategies to make longstanding changes in your life.
I am looking forward to hearing from you! Please contact me to schedule an initial appointment.
