Therapy can be a scary commitment & a self-investment. I have been a licensed therapist for the past four years with seven years total experience providing services to youth, adolescents, and adults. Services I provide include individual, couples, and family therapy, consultation, lectures, seminars, social work supervision, and Reiki. I have worked with a clients from multiple diverse cultural backgrounds including persons of Jewish, Ethiopian, Bangladeshi, Salvadorans, Colombian, Ghanaian, and Palestinian origin.
I am to treat each person as an individual with their own strengths, skills, and challenges. We work together to build on your strengths and learn new coping skills to address adversities and move towards a better state of overall health and well-being.
In my free time I enjoy playing with my German Shepherds, Prudence and Piper, spending time with family and friends, and watching action and fantasy movies.
